Great Product with Strong Customer Service!

Overall: we wanted to put a concrete patio with a firepit in our backyard to improve the overall space and make it more enjoyable for the family to spend time in the backyard. We literally called 4-5 places and only Jerry and Terra gave us call back. We were very happy he did! Jerry worked with us every step of the way. We intially had a design that was too big for our budget, but Jerry assured us that they would work with us and there was not job too big or too small. We went through several phases, but Jerry remained patient with us until we got exactly what we wanted. We were thrilled with the overall final product and the customer service he and Michelle displayed.

Communication: in total, the communication was good throughout the project. We intially kept playing phone tag due to our various hours, so we communicated through email and that worked very well for us. There was a small challenge with communication as they project began, but Jerry made it right in the end in terms of work, communication, and customer service.

Quality: the quality has been great. Once the job was started, they were finished within a week. The patio and firepit have added immense value to our house and backyard experience.

Price: the price was a little steeper than we intially realized, but considering that Jerry was the ONLY company to even have the courtesy to call us back and work with us, we were very pleased with the final product.

Customer Service: as I mentioned before, Jerry was always professional, friendly, and displayed excellent customer service. There was a challenge in the middle of the project that had more to do with the extremely high demand of concrete and a messup on the concrete company's fault, but Jerry and Michelle did a great job of making sure that everything was done right. The entry and cleanup were also very good.

Summary: I highly recommend Jerry and Terra Landscape for any of your front or backyard needs. Great and friendly customer service with an excellent final product!!!

Excellent landscaping company! Professional, honest, reliable, on time, completed all work to 100% satisfaction. Transformed the back yard from a muddy wetland to a beautiful area for entertaining and play. We dealt drainage issues for 13 years and hired multiple professionals but it didn't stop the water and damage on our yard in our beautiful country club community. I found Terra Design randomly on line and reviews. Jerry (the landscape Architect) came and did a thorough inspection of the damage and asked the Plat for an in-depth assessment, they were hired on the spot. The crew is amazing, honest and reasonably priced. They are truly professionals and knowledgeable about landscape and very personable. I had called a couple of landscaping designers including Terra design, to give me a design for our front yard. Some of them came and gave a quote without a design. Jerry came and walked my yard and told me that he would create the initial design and revise it as many as times as I wanted, until I was happy with it. At first I didn't believe he was going to do that, but quickly found out that he meant it. He revised the design multiple times until the final design which we were very pleased with. He is very thorough and highly recommend.

Jerry and his crew did an amazing job with our backyard. They tackled our huge grading, draining, retaining, irrigation, lightscaping and improvement project in a professional and timely manner.
They respected our budget and time.
